Hey, these are the changes in the timing of some drills.
Please take note esp those who were not here for the trainings.
This timing will be used for 2nd class so memorize.
Sedia: No timing
Senang Diri: No timing
Pusings: 1, check
Keblakang pusing: Check, Left, Right, Left, Check, Left.....
Behenti: If you don't know about the dragging leg part please ask.

PT drills
Keluar baris: 1, check, up, check, 1,2,3,4,5, check left right left (running), NP!
Pesurai: 1, check, up, check, down, check, 1,2,3,4,5, check left right left (running), NP!
